We are seeking a Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team. While previous experience in Japanese cuisine is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate should have some experience with sushi preparation and fish cutting. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and working collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team.

Responsibilities
