Chef & Cook is seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team in Greater London. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi and Japanese dishes, maintaining standards of safety, hygiene and presentation.
You will work alongside the Head Chef to ensure consistency during busy services, with a focus on knife skills, freshness of ingredients, and waste minimisation. Evening and weekend work may be required depending on opening hours.
