We are a 16th‑century pub newly opened in Chancery Lane, London.
Looking for a young and passionate Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef operating the kitchen.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring quality and food‑safety standards are met.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef, ideally within a pub.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to start immediately.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Employment Details
- Full‑time position.
- Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday.
- Salary: up to £45,000 per year.
