What You'll Do Lead by Example: Run the kitchen seamlessly in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring high standards are maintained. Cook with Passion: Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes during busy, fast-paced services. Manage & Mentor: Train, motivate, and develop our junior chefs and kitchen porters. Stock & Specs: Assist with stock control, ordering, food safety (HACCP), and maintaining a clean, compliant kitchen.
