Full Time Roles for exciting new Opening (August / September 2026). The team behind Levan in Peckham have a very exciting new project in Central London opening this Autumn. We have a brilliant Head Chef and superb General Manager on board, so are starting to recruit for the rest of the team. We're now looking to interview for the following positions:

  • Kitchen: Sous / Senior Sous chef, Junior Sous chef
  • Front of house: Assistant General Manager, Floor Supervisors

After that, we will be recruiting the following from early July:

  • Kitchen: Senior CDP, CDP
  • Front of house: Waiters/ server

We are looking for a focused and professional team with a demonstrable passion and interest in wine and food essential. We offer competitive salary, staff discounts, staff food, proper breaks etc.
