Sous Chef - D&D London - London

• Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes to the highest standards.
• Demonstrate strong skills in fresh pasta preparation, pizza making and charcoal or open-fire grilling.
• Maintain consistency, quality and attention to detail across every service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain excellent organisation, cleanliness and mise en place.
• Support menu development, preparation and kitchen operations where required. We are looking for passionate, talented and motivated Sous Chefs to join our team at an Italian fine dining restaurant.
• Previous experience in a quality Italian restaurant or a fine dining environment.
• Strong technical skills in Italian cuisine, particularly pasta, pizza and grilling.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and passion for learning and developing.
• The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• A team player who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering an excellent guest experience.
