Urban Baristas is an Australian coffee company with multiple sites across London, passionate about specialty coffee and Aussie brunch culture. We serve high-quality brunch dishes and freshly prepared grab-and-go options in a warm, design-led space, delivered with friendly and genuine service.

We're currently looking for a skilled full-time or part-time Brunch Chef to join our team in Shoreditch and Fulham. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be flexible and available to work weekends
  • Be able to start early (shifts from 6:30am)
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a busy kitchen
  • Have a good understanding of hospitality operations
  • Be confident with stock control and reducing wastage
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organisation
  • Share and uphold the values and standards of Urban Baristas
