Responsibilities
- Full daily mis en place: portioning, slicing and prepping meats, sauces and salads to spec
- Prepping pide bread accompaniments and seasonal specials
- Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Receiving and correctly rotating deliveries
- Keeping prep and storage areas clean and organised throughout the shift
- Supporting service when needed
