Amma & Atta is a modern food, drinks and wellness brand inspired by Ayurvedic wisdom, with food influenced by Indian culinary traditions. Working alongside our Head Chef, you will support daily food preparation and batch cooking, prepare ingredients according to our recipes, portion and prepare food for service and support off-site kitchen production.
Experience with Indian food is useful but not essential. Approximately 40 hours per week, around five days per week, including some weekends.
