- Operating pizza ovens efficiently and maintaining consistent cooking temperatures.
- Ensuring the quality, presentation, and consistency of all pizzas.
- Managing stock rotation and contributing to inventory control.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation in adherence to food safety standards.
- Collaborating effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
