Sapore Vero is a London-based Italian restaurant group focused on authentic flavour, daily-made dough, premium Italian ingredients, and consistent execution across our sites. We're growing and looking for an experienced Pizza Chef and dough maker to join the team.
- Stretch, top and bake pizzas to our standards during service
- Manage your section: mise en place, prep, stock rotation and organisation
- Keep speed and quality high during peak hours and high online-order volume
- Support correct dough handling, fermentation and storage procedures
- Maintain hygiene, food safety and HACCP standards
- Work closely with the kitchen and FOH team to keep ticket times tight
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen
- Strong oven management and consistency (quality every time)
- Solid understanding of dough handling and fermentation basics
- Calm under pressure, reliable, and a team-first attitude
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Experience with artisan/Neapolitan-style pizza and premium ingredients
- Experience supporting multiple sites or production-style prep
