Responsibilities

  • Prepare, stretch, and dress pizzas meticulously to company standards, ensuring exceptional quality.
  • Manage all aspects of dough preparation, including fermentation and storage.
  • Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently during service, ensuring optimal cooking.
  • Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist with stock control, inventory management, and overall kitchen organisation.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven previous experience as a Pizzaiolo or Pizza Chef.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of dough fermentation processes and pizza preparation techniques.
  • Experience working effectively in high-volume service environments.
  • Ability to maintain composure and work calmly under pressure.
  • A reliable, punctual, and positive team player.
  • A Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
  • Valid right to work in the UK.
