We are looking for a reliable and experienced Kitchen Manager / Chef to join our fast-paced fresh fruit and açai bowl kitchen. This is a hands-on leadership role working alongside kitchen assistants to maintain high standards of food preparation, hygiene, organisation, and service.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing fresh fruit, toppings, and açai bowls to a high standard.
- Managing day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Leading and supporting kitchen assistants during busy periods.
- Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitoring stock levels and reducing waste.
