We are looking for a passionate and experienced night Baker to join the bakery team at Boxcar Marylebone. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with strong expertise in bread production, sourdough, and viennoiserie. As an Experienced Baker at Boxcar Marylebone, you will play a key role in daily production, taking ownership of bakery sections and maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. You will be responsible for producing artisan breads, sourdoughs, viennoiserie, and laminated pastries, ensuring excellent execution across all stages of production. Working closely with the wider bakery team, you will contribute to product development, operational excellence, and the continued growth of the bakery. Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality artisan breads, sourdoughs, viennoiserie, cakes, and pastries
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of fermentation, dough handling, and proofing
- Execute laminated pastry production to a high standard, including double lamination techniques
- Manage production schedules to ensure consistency and efficiency
