You are the Chef's right hand, ensuring everything is impeccable: compliance with hygiene standards, a well‑organized team, and checks always aligned with objectives. Manage food costs like a true leader: zero waste, flawless inventories, and always on‑time orders. Plan, organize, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.
