This is more than just a Senior Chef de Partie position.
We're looking for someone with the drive, ability and ambition to progress towards a Head Chef role .
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant, gastro pub or fast-paced kitchen
- Confidence running your own section during busy service
- High standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene
- Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic
- Reliable, professional and willing to get stuck in
- Ambition to develop and progress towards Head Chef

- 3-month performance review, with potential to increase to £17.50 per hour
