Chef & Cook is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie / Pizzaiolo in Hackney Wick, London. You will confidently manage the pizza section, including dough preparation, stretching and topping pizzas, oven management, and maintaining high quality standards.
In a small, close-knit team, you will also help with simple pasta dishes and starters, support the head chef during service, assist with stock control and orders, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.
