We are seeking a passionate, ambitious, reliable, and dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join our team. You will have experience in a busy kitchen environment, ideally within a high-end casual or fine dining restaurant, and a passion for Spanish cuisine. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will work alongside our talented team, preparing amazing tapas crafted from the finest Spanish produce. At Brindisa, our food is homely and authentic, with flavour always being the key factor. We celebrate the culture and dining experience of small plates and foster direct relationships with our suppliers, bringing their ethos and quality to every dish.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations in a busy environment
  • Prepare and cook tapas and other dishes to Brindisa standards
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes
  • Assist with maintaining hygiene, safety, and food safety compliance
  • Collaborate with suppliers and producers to ensure high-quality ingredients
