Responsibilities

As Junior Sous Chef at Sam's, you will support the senior kitchen team in leading service, managing prep, and maintaining high culinary standards across all sections. You will be a hands‑on leader, helping train and motivate junior chefs while ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and quality in every dish. This role is ideal for an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up, take on more responsibility, and grow within a supportive and fast‑paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Work Hours & Environment

Sam's Kitchen Hammersmith operates primarily day shifts, with only three evening shifts per week. The kitchen is fast‑paced and supportive, providing opportunities for skill development and progression.
