- Knowledge of tandoor and street food
- Someone who is calm, professional and respectful at all times.
- Ability to remain composed and organised during busy, high-pressure periods.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently as part of a small team.
- Flexibility and understanding are very important, as we are a new, small local business and everyone needs to work together and support each other.
- Respect comes before skills. We value attitude, reliability, teamwork and willingness to learn just as much as experience.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining a positive atmosphere within the team.
Working hours
12:00 PM - 9:30 PM, with a 1-hour break, usually around 3:00 PM.
