We are looking for an exceptional operational Head Chef with a passion for quality, consistency, team leadership, and health‑led food.

  • 8+ years of professional kitchen experience
  • 3+ years as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
  • Experience in premium fast casual or high‑volume daytime hospitality
  • Experience in businesses serving 250+ covers per day
  • Experience leading kitchen teams of 10 to 20 employees
  • Food Safety Level 3 certification
  • Strong HACCP and allergen management knowledge
  • Passion for fresh, healthy, ingredient‑led food
  • Experience working with Indian cuisine
  • Experience with paratha, chaat, pastries, and high‑volume batch cooking
  • Understanding of spices and flavour balancing
  • Appreciation of Ayurvedic principles and wellness‑focused food
  • Curiosity about Ayurveda and a genuine passion for nourishing, health‑led food
