We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie who has a genuine passion for Italian food and extensive experience in pizza preparation from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing fresh pizza dough from scratch
  • Working with a variety of traditional doughs and fermentation methods
  • Producing high-quality pizzas using authentic techniques
  • Maintaining excellent food quality, consistency and presentation
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team in a fast-paced environment

Contract Details

  • For the first 12 weeks, you'll be employed by Contract Options on a PAYE basis, with weekly pay. This period will also serve as your probation.
  • Working hours are: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday only
  • A fantastic work-life balance with no weekend shifts
  • Following the successful completion of the 12-week probationary period, you'll transfer directly to our client as a permanent employee.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within an Italian kitchen
  • Proven experience making pizzas from scratch
  • Excellent knowledge of different dough types, proving and fermentation techniques
  • A genuine passion for authentic Italian cuisine
  • High standards of food hygiene and kitchen organisation
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a busy team
