  • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • Confidence working in a busy, high-pressure kitchen.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Passion for producing high-quality food and delivering great guest experiences.
