About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, passionate chef to join the Levent Börek team.
This is a full‑time role with opportunities to work across our London branches in a fast‑paced, professional kitchen.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast and all‑day menu items to a consistently high standard.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet company standards.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.
Support the Head Chef and help train junior team members where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a chef in a busy commercial kitchen.
- Strong breakfast experience is essential, including preparing high‑quality cooked breakfasts, eggs, brunch dishes, and morning service.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high food quality and consistency.
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work across different Levent Börek branches if required.
