- Own the breakfast shift from start to finish - prepping, cooking, and plating each dish with consistency and flair
- Set up the kitchen each morning with everything needed in place and ready to go
- Work side by side with the team to deliver smooth, calm, and timely service
- Keep quality high and waste low, always following our food and safety standards
- Bring a sense of pride and passion into the kitchen, every single morning
Previous kitchen experience in a similar fast-paced, high-quality hotel or restaurant
- Great time management and ability to work efficiently during early morning hours
- Confidence in cooking and presenting breakfast dishes to a high standard
- Positive, team-focused mindset and clear communication
- Availability for early starts, and to work weekend shifts and on bank holidays when necessary
