Chef & Cook in London is seeking a Chef de Partie or strong Demi to own the Pizza & Pasta section. You will lead a small team of 2 chefs, prepare sauces from scratch, and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and presentation.
This role offers daytime hours (6:30am–3:00pm), predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts, competitive salary £35,000, and a chance to join a well-structured brigade of 20 chefs.
