- Prep, cook and serve delicious food
- Rotate across all BOH stations (prep, oven, salads, wash-up, runner)
- Keep quality, freshness and presentation on point
- Follow food safety + hygiene standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly
- Work as part of an upbeat, supportive team
- Positive energy and great attitude
- Fast learner who loves good food
- Reliable, team-focused and ready to get stuck in
- Experience is great - but not essential (we'll train you!)
- £1 weekly team bonus, daily food allowance (on shift)
