As we prepare for launch, we are looking for a Junior Pastry / Bakery Chef to join our opening team and support the development of our dessert and bakery section. You will work closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to deliver high-quality desserts, breads, and baked goods. This is a great opportunity for a passionate chef who wants to grow within a structured, ambitious kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and service of desserts, pastries, and bakery items
  • Support daily production of breads, doughs, and laminated products
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met
