As a Junior Chef, you will support the preparation and production of our savoury items, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellent food safety standards at all times. You will work closely with the wider kitchen team to help deliver products that are fresh, well-executed, and aligned with the Sourdough Sophia standard.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and production of savoury items across the kitchen
- Support day-to-day mise en place and service preparation
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all products
- Follow recipes, specifications, and kitchen systems accurately
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food hygiene
- Help with stock rotation, labelling, storage, and waste control
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep production smooth and efficient
- Support with deliveries, set-up, and general kitchen tasks as needed
Qualifications / Requirements
