Chef & Cook in London is seeking a hands-on chef to join a small, fast-paced 22-seat fresh pasta restaurant. You will hit the ground running, take control of a section and help manage service during peak hours alongside two chef-owners and a Kitchen Porter.
You should have solid prep and line skills, a passion for fresh seasonal Italian ingredients, and a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate. A zero-waste mindset and strong organisational skills are required.
