Bona Sourdough in Forest Hill is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef or Fornaio to join our team. We are a small, independent pizzeria established in 2015 with a reputation for outstanding pizzas and best independent pizzeria award on Deliveroo for two consecutive years.
As Head Chef you will:
- Lead the kitchen team and set standards of quality and service.
- Support the Executive Chef in running the business.
- Maintain a positive team atmosphere and excellent people‑management skills.
- Provide on‑the‑job training and ensure skills development.
We offer competitive pay based on experience, 40‑45 hours per week, two days off guaranteed, daily free pizza on shift and a 50% discount for you and your friends.
