Overview
Osteria Al Molo seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our Italian restaurant and wine bar. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of regional Italian cuisine, a passion for authentic cooking, and experience leading a professional kitchen team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen team and oversee all culinary operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation
- Develop and implement menu concepts based on authentic regional Italian dishes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a professional kitchen
- Deep understanding of regional Italian cuisine
- Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 40-hour work week environment
Compensation and Benefits
Full-time employment with a salary of Β£38,000 - Β£44,000 per year, with immediate start.
Location: 15 Harbord Square, Canary Wharf, E14 9QH, London.
