We are looking for an exceptional operational Head Chef with a passion for quality, consistency, team leadership, and health‑led food.
- 8+ years of professional kitchen experience
- 3+ years as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Experience in premium fast casual or high‑volume daytime hospitality
- Experience in businesses serving 250+ covers per day
- Experience leading kitchen teams of 10 to 20 employees
- Food Safety Level 3 certification
- Strong HACCP and allergen management knowledge
- Passion for fresh, healthy, ingredient‑led food
- Experience working with Indian cuisine
- Experience with paratha, chaat, pastries, and high‑volume batch cooking
- Understanding of spices and flavour balancing
- Appreciation of Ayurvedic principles and wellness‑focused food
- Curiosity about Ayurveda and a genuine passion for nourishing, health‑led food
- Experience opening new restaurant sites
