- Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Team spirit and good communication skills
- Responsibility, punctuality and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Passion for quality food and consistent presentation
Experience with Romanian traditional cuisine is a strong advantage.
