Maliéu in Fulham is seeking a strong, hands-on Sous Chef to join as the second-in-command of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver fast, consistent, high-quality food across breakfast, brunch and lunch services.
You will lead during busy services, handle daily prep and stock control, maintain food quality and presentation, and uphold food safety records while coordinating cleaning rotas. This is an exciting chance to help launch a new restaurant from the outset.
