Confidently operate and manage the charcoal grill. Prepare and cook a variety of grilled meats, shawarma, and traditional Lebanese-style dishes to consistently high standards. Maintain impeccable food quality and presentation. Work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment, particularly under pressure. Assist with kitchen preparation tasks and ensure excellent kitchen organization and hygiene.

Proven experience as a Grill Chef with a preference for previous experience in Middle Eastern cuisine or charcoal grilling. Reliable, clean, and punctual with a strong work ethic. Availability to work evenings and weekends. Able to start immediately.
