Meat London has two butcher shops in North London located at Meat N16, Stoke Newington. We host BBQ courses and are the London school for Weber BBQs. We need someone to teach a 4‑hour BBQ course to guests. If you are not yet a grill master, we will train you. Confidence to talk in front of people and the ability to follow directions are essential. When a course is not running, you will support the production of sausage rolls and other deli items.
Responsibilities:
- Teach 4‑hour BBQ courses to guests.
- Assist with sausage roll production and deli operations.
- Slice charcuterie and cut cheese.
- Prepare burgers and chicken skewers.
- Serve customers in the deli department.
Requirements:
