As a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. You will assist in preparing and presenting high-quality pastry dishes for lunch and dinner service. Working closely with our experienced culinary team, you will ensure that each dish meets our exacting standards and delights our guests.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastry dishes for lunch and dinner services
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Oversee the kitchen during service, ensuring efficiency and smooth operations
- Assist with ordering and stock control to maintain kitchen inventory
- Train and supervise junior kitchen team members
- Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation
- Proven experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment
- Experience in supervising a small team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for pastry
- Knowledge of ordering and stock control procedures
