  • Take ownership of your designated section and ensure it operates efficiently during service.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
  • Assist with daily mise en place and kitchen preparation.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels within your section and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
  • Minimise waste and support effective portion control.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Support and guide junior kitchen staff when required. Previous experience as a Commis Chef.
  • Knowledge about Italian products and recipes is preferred.
  • Passion for fresh ingredients and high-quality food.
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a team-focused approach.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Pay from £12.71 per hour plus tronc.
