Sous Chef and CDP - La Rueda - London in Clapham

Working closely with the Head Chef and management team, you will help lead the kitchen through service while maintaining high standards across food quality, consistency, hygiene and kitchen organisation.,

• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Lead the kitchen team during service when required
• Prepare and cook Italian dishes to a consistently high standard
• Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and portion control
• Assist with menu development and new dishes
• Manage prep, stock rotation and kitchen organisation
• Ensure HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards are followed
• Help control food costs and minimise waste
• Train and support junior chefs
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional kitchen
