Firebird is an intermittent independent women‑led boutique restaurant in the heart of London, located in Soho. It has an ever changing menu influenced by Mediterranean cuisine all cooked from a charcoal grill in an open kitchen. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Chef de Partie (Senior CDP) to join our team.
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience working with open fire
- Experienced in both service and prep (3+ years in chef roles)
- Speaks fluent English
- Someone hard‑working and dedicated to high standards of work
- Possesses a ‘can‑do’ attitude, positive and outgoing
- Has a Level 2 food hygiene certification
Employment: Full‑time
Schedule: 3 doubles, 2 singles, 48hr week
Salary: £16 - £16.5 hourly
