We are an exciting new restaurant opening in London and we are looking for a talented, passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Full time: 40 hours per week | Part time: 20‑25 hours per week.

Salary: £13.50 per hour plus a service charge.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create high‑quality desserts and pastries.
  • Ensure consistency and beautiful presentation on every plate.
  • Manage pastry section stock and minimise waste.
  • Support and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a restaurant or hotel.
  • Culinary/pastry qualification (desirable).
  • Creative flair and strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements.
