The predicted salary is between 15 - 16 € per hour.

This is not a standard caffé kitchen role - we are looking for someone who wants to help shape and lead a modern brunch offering within a growing independent business. We are a genuinely small independent company and pride ourselves on building a close, supportive and family‑style working environment. We are looking for somebody who wants to become part of the journey, bring ideas to the table, work closely with the team and genuinely gel with the culture we are creating.

The role will primarily focus on heading up our kitchen and all‑day brunch menu, while also being happy to support the coffee service area during quieter preparation periods where required. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and passionate kitchen professional to join the launch team of our exciting new flagship Caffé Di Ravello store.

Competitive pay: £15.00 - £16.50 per hour depending on experience. Performance bonus scheme of an additional £0.50 - £1.50 per hour based on performance and contribution.
