  • Prepare and cook food according to MOLO's recipes and quality standards.
  • Fry fish, chips, seafood and other menu items consistently.
  • Prepare ingredients before service and maintain excellent food presentation.
  • Deliver friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
  • Take customer orders, answer menu questions and assist guests with a positive attitude.
  • Work confidently in an open kitchen where interacting with customers is an important part of the role.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation.
  • Follow HACCP, food safety and health & safety procedures.
  • Assist with stock rotation, deliveries and waste control.
  • Complete opening and closing duties.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and support your teammates during busy service periods.
  • Previous experience in a busy kitchen, takeaway or restaurant.
  • Fish & chips or seafood experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • This role involves both food preparation and customer service, so we're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and takes pride in providing an excellent experience.
