A hard working, experienced Commis Chef who loves cooking but isn’t afraid of the gritty work, prep work and section maintenance (assist with end-of-shift cleaning, dishwashing when necessary, and deep cleaning tasks). A team player who can manage inventory and take ownership of their station if needed. Strong knife skills and basic knowledge of food safety. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with our Head Chef. Opportunities to learn new techniques and grow within the kitchen.
