Hi, I'm looking to add a small snack option to my juice stall. I'm thinking of mini date bites, not large luxury pieces, because I would like to sell them as an easy add-on with drinks. My target cost would need to be around £0.30-£0.45 per mini bite, as I'm planning to sell them at around £1 each or 2 for £1.80. Would this be possible for you if we start with a small trial batch of around 20-30 pieces?
I would also need the ingredient list, allergen information, shelf life, and storage instructions.
