As Chef de Partie you will play a key role in the preparation of sauces and garnishes and serving food for both the main kitchen and the restaurant's special testing menu. The position offers 40-45 hours per week with a strong respect for work‑life balance and a culture built on solid work ethic, professionalism, and dedication.
