We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Maset. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who enjoys refined, ingredient-led cooking and wants to be part of a professional and ambitious team focused on delivering exceptional food and hospitality.

Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will take responsibility for your section, ensuring high standards of preparation, presentation, and consistency throughout service.

Chef requirements:
  • Run and manage your section during prep and service
  • Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your section
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Support junior chefs and work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
  • Assist with stock rotation, waste control, and daily mise en place
  • Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
Previous experience:
  • As a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a quality restaurant
