Our team of "Mammas" (moms) is growing. We are seeking an Italian-speaking ambassador of Italian home cooking who is known among friends for being a great host.
Responsibilities
- Initial training: personalised guidance from Mamma Sara, one of our most experienced mamma chefs.
- Be the perfect host by ensuring guests are well cared for to deliver a memorable experience.
- Cook regional dishes: prepare dishes you would normally make at home, from frittata di pasta to mains, focusing on authentic recipes.
- Be a team player who collaborates with other Mammas and team members, while also able to work independently.
- Show deep knowledge of Italian food culture.
Requirements
- Reside in London.
- Pre-Settled or Settled Status necessary to proceed with this application.
- Location: Chelsea and Notting Hill.
- Accommodation in a flat shared with other Mammas available if needed and based on flat availability.
- Experience: previous experience in a professional environment is advantageous but not required.
- Italian speaker with a passion for home-cooked style recipes and hosting.
