Due to the continued expansion, we are looking for chefs to join our growing team. Following the continued success and increased demand, we are looking to recruit experienced, dedicated individuals to join the expanding team.
As a Chef, you'll be joining an outstanding team in menu creation, ensuring the kitchen and equipment meets all health and safety requirements and produce fresh cooked meals daily to residents with special dietary and nutrition needs.
Responsibilities- Setting up the kitchen and maintaining standards of hygiene, presentation, and efficiency.
- Cooking food in a timely manner and ensuring excellent presentation.
- Modify recipes to suit customers' requests, dietary needs, and allergen requirement.
- Monitor food and stock checks, costs, ordering.
- Experiment with food and recipe ideas, creations of new menus and daily specials.
Salary: £14-£16 per hour via PAYE, with an increase for some bank holiday shifts. Contract type: Temporary, flexible working.
